- Genus Acaudaleyrodes Takahashi Acaudaleyrodes Takahashi, 1951a: 382. Type species: Acaudaleyrodes pauliani Takahashi, 1951a by monotypy. Comments. Acaudaleyrodes species are characterised by having black puparia with crenate or dentate margin, dorsal disc with a well developed rhachis and a pair of subdorsal longitudinal folds, vasiform orifice scutellate with a short operculum that, together with the lingula, occupies less than half of the orifice (Bink-Moenen & Gerling, 1990; Martin et al., 2000).
