  • Purpose of the study: to assess the quality and frequency of diagnosis of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in primary health care based on the study of non-modifiable and potentially modifiable risk factors. Material and research methods: the study included 217 patients with urinary organs, with stable forms of coronary artery disease and hypertension, endocrine diseases and diabetes mellitus in primary health care. Results and discussion: The survey revealed a number of factors associated with CKD in the surveyed: the presence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, obesity and lipid spectrum disorders, smoking, abuse of analgesics, a sedentary lifestyle, restriction of fluid intake, the presence of CKD in direct relatives. Conclusion. When examining patients with diseases such as diabetes, hypertension or the presence of hypertension, CHF, diffuse diseases, the presence of CKD is noted without its initial clinical manifestations.
