- Contains the raw images and MatLab scripts to show localization of recruited (Ser5P) and elongating (Ser2P) RNA polymerase II to the zebrafish microRNA miR-430 cluster. Embryos were fixed in the oblong stage of development, labeled by immunofluorescence, and images were recorded with an instant-SIM microscope. To produce example images, first run the extraction script, then the example images script.
