- A paper produced with the support of the H2020 project 677353 'Innovative Management of Animal GEnetic resources' to the senior author HJ Megens. The study used 60K genome-wide SNP data for 2093 pigs in order to infer global patterns of pig domestication and diversity related to demography, migration and selection.
