- Wrightia tomentosa var. cochinchinensis Pierre ex Pitard in Lecomte Fl. Gén. Indo-Chine 3: 1192 (1933). LECTOTYPE. — Pierre 1047, Vietnam s. loc., designated by Ngan, Ann. Miss. Bot. Gard. 52: 153 (1965). Second step lectotypification (A), designated here. NGAN (1965) designated Pierre 1047 as the type from amongst the various syntypes but did not give a herbarium where the lectotype could be found. No specimen could be found at P so the specimen in A has been designated as lectotype.
