- Aonidiella aurantii (Maskell) Diagnosis. Adult female cover brown to blackish brown, flat, circular; shed skins central or subcentral, translucent. Body turbinate with three pairs of well-developed lobes; pores near the spiracles absent; with four conspicuous scleroses associated with apophysis anterolaterad of the vulva; perivulvar pores absent.
