- Within Bielsko-Biała town have been identified together 18 areas, which currently can be qualified according to the criteria of law conservation as: a nature reserve, a nature-landscaper complex, an area of ecological use and documentative localities. Against the background of the analysis the chosen factors, such as: biodiversity, cultural values, social aspects, internal and external threats, projects promotion and the importance of the object in the natural system of the town - has been taken an attempt of hierarchic ranking in introduction of natural protected areas within the town.
