- RESUMEN Varias propiedades de TIM-3 lo convierten en un objetivo ideal para la próxima generación de drogas inmunoterapéuticas. Los datos acumulados apoyan el concepto del bloqueo de TIM-3 puede aumentar las respuestas inmunes antitumorales mediadas por células. Constantemente se da a conocer la participación de TIM-3 en la progresión o incluso el aparecimiento de diversos tipos de cáncer, lo que dará paso a una comprensión profunda de las funciones de los diferentes tipos de células que expresan TIM-3 en varios modelos de inmunoterapia es crucial para un mayor desarrollo del fármaco dirigido a TIM-3. ABSTRACT Several properties of TIM-3 make it an ideal target for the next generation of immunotherapeutic drugs.
