- Our research examines the problems of using innovative pedagogical technologies in the system of work with children of the senior preschool age. The article reveals the main forms of using innovative technologies, which improve the quality of teaching and education of senior preschool children. It was found that the main purpose of innovative technology is to take into account the individual differences in the learning abilities of senior preschool children and ensure the optimal nature of their cognitive activities in the process of initial work, the article also discusses the necessity of implementing innovative teaching and learning models and technologies for senior preschool children, such as STEM-teaching methodology, system-strategic teaching technology CARUS in preschool educational institutions
