- Статья посвящена теоретическим и практическим вопросам модификации отношений между основными экономическими агентами в период радикальных изменений технологий. Подход основан на положениях системной экономической парадигмы, развиваемой коллективом ученых под руководством Г.Б. Клейнера в ЦЭМИ РАН. По результатам исследования модели взаимодействий между секторами применительно к РФ сделан вывод о значительных отклонениях в поведении агентов между нормативным вариантом модели и фактическим исполнением функций. Это разбалансирует систему, сдерживает рост технологий. The article deals with the theoretical and practical issues of modification of the relationship between the main economic agents at a time of radical changes in technologies. The approach is based on the pro visions of the systemic economic paradigm been developing at CEMI RAS by the scientists under the leadership of G.B. Kleiner. A study of the model of inter-sector interactions in relation to Russia concluded that there was immense gap in agent behavior between the normative pattern and the actual performance of activity. This will unbalance the system, curb the technological growth.
