- The foreign direct investment (FDI) sector has increasingly affirmed its important role in Vietnam's socio-economic development. According to statistics, FDI enterprises now contribute about 23.5% of total social investment (nearly 20% of GDP), accounting for over 70% of export turnover. To enhance the positive impact of FDI on Vietnam's import and export.
