  • In this Gazal Collection, author hasn't written anygood, but attempted to write as much as bad, relying on repetition of metres, in unusual form(not as standard form). I haven't found any Gazal of Mahakawi Laxmi Prasad Devkota, but his verses, are flexible, either be talked as versed, or free from verse. Besides Lunatic (पागल in Nepali), I forgot the title of poem, that used be in textbooks and we had read it being as kids, in class, but later on I found it as spiritualised verses as per it's flow, with simplicity and beauty, and that was, " नटिप्नु हेर कोपिला, नचुड्नु पाप लाग्दछ, ...नमार्नु जन्तु है कुनै, बसेर काल जाग्दछ ", which on bad translation would be like as, "Don't pluck up the flower, you will be condemned by sin, Don't kill any animals, Death (Though काल means time) grows up (from that place). And Either Death be talked, or time be talked, that poem was amazing, which we had read in childhood. I prefer rhythm and meters, thus thought for bad translation, as; "Plucking flower is sinful, so don't pluck", too would be translation, relying on grammetical use, as well as voices (active, and passive voices)
