- The covid 19 pandemic is disaster whose impact in all sector especially economic sector in Indonesia. Indonesia’s economics whose growth significantly should decrease again because of of the corona outbreak. Property field which is focused in occupancy, residential, mall, apartement, etc should willing that income decreased in 2020. Social distance policy make public actually minimize to interacts. Even more also many company should out of business and causing the unemployment rate went up so that public prefer to saving money in pandemic which is uncertain end. The impact can be seen from company’s financial statemet, especially in revenue growth also net income growth. Both of facts can give information about product sale and profit of company in certain period. Both of facts also can help the company to make decision about sales of company products so that company will get maximum profit and custumor loyality
