- Dacoderus werneri Aalbu, Andrews and Pollock, 2006 This species was previously reported from the state of Morelos, and dubiously from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico (Aalbu et al. 2006). The locality of Tepetlapa, referred to the state of Oaxaca in Aalbu et al. (2006), is located in the state of Guerrero, near the border with the states of Puebla and Oaxaca. In addition, we examined a female specimen labeled: “ MÉXICO: Guerrero, Mochitlán, Acahuizotla, VI-1986, Alt. 650 m, bosque tropical mediano subcaducifolio, trampa NTP-80, L. Delgado col.” (IEXA). This specimen has the elytra fused and hind wings absent.
