- The data set, as presented in the paper, contains four components, which are available in distinct files: (i) data.fra.cytof.all_cell_types.rds containing IFN-α2α responses in terms of whole-cell tyrosine phosphorylation levels of effector proteins STAT1, STAT3, STAT4, STAT5, and STAT6 measured jointly in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells using mass cytometry; (ii) data.fra.ps1.rds containing IFN-γ responses in terms of nuclear phosphorylated STAT1 measured in human monocyte cell line U937, differentiated into macrophage-like cells, measured with immunostaining and microscopy imaging; (iii) data.fra.ps3.rds containing IL-10 responses in terms of nuclear phosphorylated STAT3 measured in human monocyte cell line U937, differentiated into macrophage-like cells, measured with immunostaining and microscopy imaging; (iv) data.fra.nfkb.all.rds containing TNF-α responses in terms of nuclear translocation of NF-κB complex measured in murine embryonic fibroblast cell line using live confocal imaging.
