- The subject of the research is inclusive tourism as a component of the regional economic development of Ukraine. The purpose of this article is to assess the possibilities for the development of inclusive tourism, as a new segment of the tourism sector, which is developing in close relationship with the economy and regional management of territorial development. Methodology of the work – methods of analysis (when systematizing statistical data on the development of tourism in general and inclusive tourism, in particular), assessment (the prospects for introducing inclusive tourism into the system of tourism services, taking into account the financial capabilities of the state); the method of comparative analysis (when comparing the statistics of European countries, regarding the forms and functionality of the development of the system of providing tourism services to inclusive tourists). Results of the work – The issues of the development of inclusive tourism as a segment of the economy and the socialization of people with inclusion, which, unfortunately, are practically not developed in Ukraine, are considered. Statistical material has been formed that reflects the level of development of inclusive tourism in European countries and shows the real need for the introduction of inclusive tourism into the system of state management. The role of people with disabilities in the system of providing tourist services included in one of the main groups of inclusive tourists has been determined. The proposed assessment of the role and significance of inclusive tourism as a new type of tourist segment, which is considered from two main positions: economic (formation of the material and technical base of a sanatorium and resort economy, boarding houses, rehabilitation centers, tourist centers, etc.) and social (complex socialization and social financial assistance). It has been determined that financial support from the state will allow persons of inclusive groups to change their social role in society, master the technologies of effective functioning in various conditions of stay, to become socially active in the process of tourist activities, transform their worldview, develop self–care and self–care activities, master new knowledge, skills and abilities. The essence of inclusive tourism as a new direction of tourism is revealed, taking into account economic and managerial features, as well as the mentality of the Ukrainian society. Attention is focused on the problems of introducing inclusive tourism and comprehensive approaches to the practical solution of this problem, taking into account the financial and internal state policy. Scope of the results. Economic branch: management of the national economy, regional economy, economic theory. Conclusions – a statement of the exceptional prospects of the development of inclusive tourism as a new direction of the tourism sector and a segment of regional economic development in Ukraine, in conditions of economic instability, geopolitical challenges, determine the expediency and careful study of this issue from the point of view of constructive influence on the national economy.
