- Producer companies in the health sector are complex. Companies that work on vaccines or drugs against the COVID-19virus and share their information with the media were used for this study. To test whether COVID-19 impact health sector stock performance, event study analysis is applied to examine the relationship between news of COVID-19 drug or vaccine and the performance of health sector stocks.
