- The article presents the theoretical framework of research determined by Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (abbreviated IPA). This research method has been characterized as a method used in qualitative research strategies. The article focuses on the possibility of using IPA in research on crime. The Critical Race Theory (CRT) research program. CRT is a research and intellectual perspective in legal sciences using methods similar to the IPA model is also briefly discussed.
