- In modern practice, use two main approaches to the formation of a system of performance indicators: the financial performance of the enterprise; on the success factors of the strategy or business model used. The author substantiates the need to use the factor of organizational and communication platform to ensure the management of strategic development of Ukrainian enterprises.
