- В статье рассматривается проблема формирования общей и этнической культуры будущих учителей, через призму формирования нравственных ценностей. Анализируются понятия общая и этническая культура, нравственные ценности и ориентации. Автор выделяет ряд дисциплин, обеспечивающих формирование нравственной культуры личности педагога, особо выделяет Этнопедагогику. Подчеркивается необходимость и важность формирования нравственного облика будущего учителя, как транслятора общей и этнической культуры, а также ценностей. The article deals with the problem of forming the general and ethnic culture of future teachers, through the prism of the moral values’ formation. The concepts of general and ethnic culture, moral values and orientations are analyzed in the article. The author identifies a number of disciplines that ensure the formation of moral culture of the teacher's personality, and emphasizes Ethnopedagogy. It is emphasized the necessity and importance of forming the moral image of the future teacher as a translator of general and ethnic culture and values.
