Changing the configuration and administration technology of a developer enterprise in the context of the scientific and applied foundations of asset management: value–oriented and structured–process approach

  • The subject of the research is the scientific substantiation of the theoretical, methodological and applied foundations for determining the value of a construction enterprise, which is carried out on the basis of a number of fundamental generalizations, analysis and forecasts of economic efficiency and the state of economic development, as well as the development of an effective system of management measures within the framework of the main value drivers, the target function of which is is the maximization of such enterprise cost (value). The aim of the study is to study the theoretical foundations of the economic efficiency of enterprises on the basis of value–oriented management and the evolution of this economic category, determining its main types and assessment indicators, taking into account the characteristics of construction enterprises. Research methods. When writing the article, general scientific and special research methods were used: abstract–logical – to formulate the basic conceptual provisions of the theory of value; systemic – when studying the relationship between economic efficiency and the cost of business entities; the method of expert assessments and the calculation–constructive method – in determining the differential of a specific level of value; methodology for assessing the impact of major value drivers using VRIO analysis. Results of work. The tools for administering projects in construction based on value–oriented management have been developed and substantiated. In contrast to other approaches to enterprise management, in this study, the priorities of the management and administration system for enterprises of the type under study are determined, adjusted and determined through the achievement of strategic benchmarks based on the integral indicator «achievement of values by the construction stakeholder enterprise (CSE)», which is within a certain strategically, the operational lag is correlated with the corresponding subsystems of the growth of the competitiveness of the CSE as an executor of construction and investment projects. Scope of the results. Methodological developments are the improvement of existing project management methodologies, the formation of the concepts of value–oriented goal–setting and the further development of the theory of stakeholders and the evolutionary theory of values. Conclusions. The main analytical procedures for express diagnostics of the development of value– oriented management of a construction organization are considered. The possibility of using a modified VRIO–analysis model, which assesses the consequences of the development of socio–economic potential (traditionally through the competitiveness of a production organization, additionally through управthe level of adaptation), has been substantiated and practically tested. A competitive assessment of industrial organizations was carried out according to the state of resources and abilities that make up its socio–economic potential and are defined as «value» (including the stages of the life cycles of development of the corresponding structural elements).
