- The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological principles of forming the concept of strengthening the socio–economic security of sanatoriums. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and build a structural scheme of the conceptual framework for strengthening the socio–economic security of VHF on the basis of sustainable development. Research methods. The study used a set of scientific methods and approaches, including logical generalization, system, comparison method, graphical and tabular, which allowed to ensure the conceptual unity of the study. Results of work. The structural scheme of strengthening of social and economic safety of sustainable development of sanatorium–resort establishments is offered. Field of application of results. In the field of economic sciences and in the practical activities of sanatoriums. Conclusions. The study identified factors that can have both positive and negative impact on the activities of sanatoriums, their socio–economic security and sustainable development. The structural scheme of the concept of strengthening of social and economic safety of SKZ on the basis of sustainable development is offered. The introduction of LEAN–management and the concept of sustainable service enables the company to obtain a synergetic effect, as both approaches are aimed at achieving the goals of resource efficiency, energy efficiency and waste reduction while increasing productivity.
