- The EU-HYBNET Meta-Analysis Survey Instrument for Evaluating the Effects of Disinformation and the Effectiveness of counter-responses it is an analytical instrument for evaluating both scientific literature on the effects of mis- and disinformation and the effectiveness of fact-checking and debunking, as well as studies and reports developed by practitioners, institutions and think-tanks. It includes forty questions aimed systematically examining the evaluated documents. This meta-analysis has been developed in the framework of the EU-HYBNET Project, Empowering a Pan-European Network to Counter Hybrid Threats. The Project is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No883054
