- The aim of this study is describe and analyze the algerian policy on supporting and accompanying measures destined for micro-businesses, notably the structures and the incorporate appropriate features to facilitate the creation of new businesses, while highlighting the mechanism of the university entrepreneurship house, which represents, in fact, a young experience at the algerian universities, generalized for about six years: its objectives, its tasks, its achievements and its obstacles, taking, as an example, the case of the entrepreneurship house of the University of Bordj Bou-Arreridj.
