- Abstract In this article we have highlighted the huge history of Labour movement in short, starting from the era of Industrial revolution. Since working class and labour movement is connected with each other we have explain about how labour movement affects the working class with the passage of time. We have discussed about the Industrialization period and formation of labour Union. Which came into existence with the rise of class difference in the industrial societies, their struggle throughout the history has been tried to explain.
