Daftar Isi:
  • Cerastium arvense Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 438. 1753. "Habitat in Scania & australiori Europa." RCN: 3400. Lectotype (Ugborogho in Phyton (Buenos Aires) 35: 177, f. 4. 1977): Herb. Linn. No. 603.9 (LINN). Generitype of Cerastium Linnaeus. Current name: Cerastium arvense L. (Caryophyllaceae). Note: Möschl (in Mem. Soc. Brot. 17: 24. 1964; Mitt. Naturwiss. Vereines Steiermark 103: 147. 1973) indicated unspecified material in LINN as type but he did not distinguish between 603.9 and 603.10. These do not appear to be part of a single gathering so Art. 9.15 does not apply, and Ugborogho’s choice is the earliest valid typification.
