Daftar Isi:
- Steris javana Linnaeus, Systema Naturae, ed. 12, 2: 197; Mantissa Plantarum: 54. 1767. "Habitat in India." RCN: 1836. Neotype (Davenport in Rhodora 90: 198. 1988): Herb. Linn. No. 322.2 (LINN). Generitype of Steris Linnaeus (1767), nom. illeg, non Adans. (1763). Current name: Hydrolea zeylanica (L.) Vahl (Hydrophyllaceae). Note: From its annotations, it is difficult to see how 322.2 (LINN) could be accepted as original material for the name, but as no other original material appears to exist, Davenport’s choice of this material as lectotype is accepted as a neotypification (under Art. 9.8).
