Daftar Isi:
- Phoenix dactylifera Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 2: 1188. 1753. "Habitat in India." RCN: 8546. Lectotype (Moore & Dransfield in Taxon 28: 64, f. 6. 1979; Greuter & Jarvis in Jarvis & al., Regnum Veg. 127: 75. 1993): [icon] " Palma hortensis " in Kaempfer, Amoen. Exot. Fasc.: 668, 697, t. 2, f. 11. 1712. Generitype of Phoenix Linnaeus. Current name: Phoenix dactylifera L. (Arecaceae). Note: Moore & Dransfield (in Taxon 28: 64-67. 1979) gave a detailed account of the typification of this name, also reproducing Kaempfer’s plates (t. 1, 2). As these comprise a large number of elements, Greuter & Jarvis restricted this choice to an infructescence.
