Daftar Isi:
- Grewia occidentalis Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 2: 964. 1753. "Habitat in Aethiopia, Curacao." RCN: 6978. Lectotype (Chung in Taxon 48: 51. 1999): Herb. Clifford: 433, Grewia 1 (BM-000647342). Generitype of Grewia Linnaeus (vide Green, Prop. Brit. Bot.: 186. 1929). Current name: Grewia occidentalis L. (Tiliaceae). Note: Wijnands (Bot. Commelins: 197. 1983) indicated the post-1753 1076.1 (LINN) as type, and Wild (in Leistner, Fl. Southern Africa 21(1): 16. 1984) accepted unspecified material at LINN as the holotype (but failed to distinguish between 1076.1 and 1076.2). Wijnands’ choice has been rejected by Chung in favour of Clifford material.
