- Nepeta scordotis Linnaeus, Centuria II Plantarum: 20. 1756. "Habitat in Creta. Miller." RCN: 4177. Lectotype (Turland in Bull. Nat. Hist. Mus. London, Bot. 25: 152, f. 23. 1995): Herb. Linn. No. 726.23 (LINN). Current name: Nepeta scordotis L. (Lamiaceae). Note: Siddiqi (in Jafri & El Gadi, Fl. Libya 118: 96. 1985) stated "Type: Herb. Linn. 726.23/24 (LINN)". However, as these two collections are clearly not part of a single gathering, Art. 9.15 does not apply.
