Note: Johnston (1972) indicated Herb. Hermann material (BM) as type. Although there is material in more than one volume, it appears to have been part of a single gathering. Consequently, this is accepted as the first typification (Art. 9.15), with the choice subsequently restricted by Wadhwa.
