Daftar Isi:
- Matricaria chamomilla Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 2: 891. 1753. "Habitat in Europae agris, cultis." RCN: 6453. Lectotype (Grierson in Davis in Notes Roy. Bot. Gard. Edinburgh 33: 252. 1974): Herb. Clifford: 415, Matricaria 1 (BM-000647192). Current name: Matricaria chamomilla L. (Asteraceae). Note: Applequist (in Taxon 51: 757-761. 2003) gives a detailed review of the nomenclatural complexities associated with this name, and accepts Grierson’s type choice (a specimen of chamomile). Although both M. chamomilla and M. recutita L. (which has also been used for the species) date from 1753, Applequist argues that M. chamomilla is the correct name, Visiani having been the first to combine the two in 1844.
