- Hedysarum latebrosum Linnaeus, Mantissa Plantarum Altera: 270. 1771. "Habitat in India." RCN: 5502. Lectotype (Ali in Taxon 16: 463. 1967): Herb. Linn. No. 921.15 (LINN). Note: Ali (in Taxon 16: 463. 1967) noted that although the name had been in use as Heylandia latebrosa (L.) DC., the identity of its type (in LINN) was "presently obscure" but certainly did not correspond with Heylandia DC. (or its synonym Goniogyna DC.). The application of this name remains uncertain.
