  • These files are related to the paper "Distributed faulting following normal earthquakes: reassessment and updating of scaling relations" by Ferrario M.F. and Livio F., submitted to Solid Earth The following files are included: - Shapefile with primary faults for the 21 earthquakes analyzed in the paper - Shapefile with distributed ruptures for the 12 earthquakes not already available in the published literature (Villani et al., 2018 for the 2016 Norcia event; Baize et al., 2020 for the remaining 8 earthquakes). - Table with the probabilities of distributed faulting, computed as the ratio of the number of faulted “pixels” to the total number of pixels in each distance class, with a grid size of 500 m.
