- Celem pracy jest przedstawienie obecnie obowiązującego kodeksu postępowania administracyjnego, jego genezy oraz kierunków rozwoju na przestrzeni lat 1960-2020. W myśl pracy procedura administracyjna jest dziedziną podatną na aktualną sytuację społeczno-polityczną, a jej zmiany można wpisać w szerszy obraz zmieniającej się rzeczywistości społecznej. Sumaryczna analiza nowelizacji podstawowego aktu prawnego w dziedzinie prawa administracyjnego pozwala na wyciągnięcie wniosków co do dalszych perspektyw kodeksu, ocenę jego znaczenia z perspektywy 60-lecia jego uchwalenia, jak i dokonanie oceny poglądów doktryny o konieczności opracowania nowej ustawy regulującej działalność organów administracji publicznej. The purpose of the publication is to present the current Code of Administrative Proceedings, its genesis and development directions over the years 1960-2020. According to the thesis, the administrative procedure is a field susceptible to the current socio-political situation, and its changes can be inscribed in the wider picture of the changing social reality. Consistently, a summary analysis of amendments to the basic legal act in the field of administrative law allows to draw conclusions regarding further perspectives of the Code, an assessment of its significance from the perspective of the 60th anniversary of its adoption, as well as an assessment of the thesis on the views of the doctrine of the need to develop a new law regulating the activities of administrative bodies public.
