- The Attributions of the Forensic Specialist in the Actual Investigation Stage of the Crime Scene The present work deals with the problems referring to the activities of the forensic specialist’s investigation at the crime-scene. Special attention is paid to the specialist’s attributions at the stage of static and dynamic phase of the crime-scene investigation. Arguments are brought in favour of applying some special procedures, means and measures of examining traces and other probing materials as well as the procession and technical ways of fixing the results of the crime-scene investigation. Lucrarea este consacrată problematicii activităților promovate de specialistul criminalist în cadrul investigării scenei infracțiunii. Atenție prioritară este acordată atribuțiilor specialistului în etapa cercetării propriu-zise a locului faptei la faza statică și dinamică a acestui proces. Se argumentează aplicarea de către acesta a unor procedee, metode și mijloace specifice de examinare a urmelor și altor materiale de probă, precum și de fixare procesuală și tehnică a rezultatelor cercetării la fața locului.
