It encompasses a repository for the storage of open hardware projects’ technical documentation, and it shall represent an environment where individuals with particular needs, caregivers, healthcare professionals, makers and designers, work collaboratively online in order to create custom-made healthcare solutions – careables 1 . The white paper tackles privacy and data protection, intellectual property rights, liability and medical devices regulation.
