- The scientific study on the establishment of the material or immaterial object of the crime material or immaterial object of evidence falsification reflects a major need, because it is important to identify the entity against whose values and social relations the criminal act violates. The legal image or the normative skeletal portrait of the offenses object of evidence falsification in both a criminal and a civil trial would not be complete and fully fulfilled without achieving a scientific characteristic of the material (immaterial) object of these socially dangerous facts. The present scientific approach has primary objective to identify and analyze the essence of the material or immaterial object of the offenses of evidence falsification, provided by two typical variants in the Criminal Law of the Republic of Moldova.
