- This report presents the activities and developments of the CIB2/CINNOB database during the period M1-M18. It summarizes the construction steps of the 2nd version of the Corporate Innovation Board (CIB2) and its current content. As an example of the usage of CIB2 data, a worldwide map at a fine grain level of the geography of the corporate inventions of the top worldwide R&D performers is shown. At last, the report presents the next steps aiming at building the CINNOB (Corporate Innovation Board) repository that will provide indicators on corporate R&D and innovation activities at the consolidated firm level for the corporate R&D investors included in CIB2.
