- In this paper, motion of a vortex between parallel walls are investigated.. Firstly, three laws of vortex motion are studied. Two-dimensional fluid motion, rectilinear vortices and motion of vortex filaments are expressed using complex variable methods. Consider the rectilinear vortices, motion of vortex filaments and pair of vortex filaments of in an incompressible inviscid liquid are analyzed. Finally, motion of a vortex between two parallel walls are discussed.
