- The team behind this Manual for Application of the MOTA framework consists of professionals from different areas of expertise in different countries. The Center of Water Management and Climate Change (WACC) from Vietnam National University, engineers and agricultural scientists from Delft University of Technology and Wageningen University from the Netherlands and the team of the Center for Environmental and Geographic Information Services (CEGIS) from Bangladesh. Their challenges vary from background, however these variety helped to create and propose the tool here presented.
