- Fix for issue #144. Some samples are stuck on the de novo assembly for over a day, this was due to the error correction included in SPAdes. The problem persists even when up- and down-grading to other versions. This turnaround time is too long in a clinical setting, therefore the SPAdes error correction has been turned off. The order in which certain samples got reported in the results files was random, this caused hashes to differ while the actual output was identical. To facilitate easy comparison between versions/installations this stochasticity is removed: samples are now always reported in the same order. Fixed an issue that caused the virus typing output files to not be generated properly.
