Vockeroth, malaise trap, (1, CNC); MacKenzies Mountain, Cape Breton Highlands National Park, 19.VII.1983, Y. Bousquet, pan trap, (1, CNC). Colon asperatum was recorded from New Brunswick and Nova Scotia by Peck and Stephan (1996) (Fig. 1). It is frequents bogs and other wet places. Collections have been made between May and October (Peck and Stephan 1996).
