- The subject of this article are criminological and law aspects of crime against wild animals. The aim of the article is to show the greatest threats for species protected by national and international legal regulations. A significant part of the work was devoted to the issues of trade in endangered species of fauna and showing the scale of the phenomenon in statistical terms based on the data of the Polish Customs Service.
