- The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological approaches and conceptual provisions for the formation of innovative technologies of economic diagnostics in the management of construction enterprises in a dynamic business environment. The aim of the study is to develop a methodological approach to economic diagnostics to determine the state of equilibrium of an enterprise in a dynamic business environment Research methods. The theoretical and methodological foundation defines scientific theories of economic diagnostics, theories of managing complex systems, synergetics, the theory of cyclic and genetic development of processes and systems of an enterprise. Results of work. The proposed multi–vector assessment approach will allow to modernize the idea of the content and essence of the economic diagnostics of the operating system of the investment and construction project as a mobile enterprise by proposing new subsystems of business indication of the process–structural management (Activity–Based Management), which provides a combination of existing approaches to creating a management system, built on the basis of Performance Management, management by goals (Management By Objectives), management by deviations (Management By Exception). Scope of the results. Economic diagnostics management, project analysis, enterprise management. Conclusions. The conceptual basis of the instrumental and practical levels of a multi–vector assessment of the activities of mobile construction organizations with the justification of the theoretical and methodological basis for the definition of «functional–economic diagnostics» within the framework of the general architectonics of the enterprise management system has been formed.
