PELATIHAN ICKEY SHUFFLE DENGAN JARAK 6 METER 4 REPETISI 3 SET TERHADAP KELINCAHAN SISWA PUTRA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 2 MENGWI BADUNG

  • The purpose of this training is to find an increase in agility with ickey shuffle training and zig-zag running for two groups of male students namely, the treatment group and the control group. This study uses an experimental randomized pre-test and post-test group design. The population was taken from male students of class X Senior High School number 2 Mengwi Badung in the academic year 2017/2018. A sample of 36 people was taken using Ordinal Pairing from a population that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The training carried out in this study was ickey shuffle training with a distance of 6 meters 4 repetitions 3 sets and zig-zag running training. Data in the form of the results of agility shuttle run 5 meters 8 times taken before and after training. The data obtained were tested using the SPSS 16. The data is normally distributed and homogeneous so that it is then tested using the t-paired test to compare the average values before and after training between each group, while the independent t-test to determine differences in the mean values average between the two groups. The results ired test of the control group and the treatment group showed a significant increase (p<0.05). The results of the independent t-test showed that the two groups before training were not significantly different (p>0.05), whereas after training the two groups of agility had a significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion that ickey shuffle training with a distance of 6 meters 4 reps 3 sets increases agility. The post test results show that there is a significant difference between the control group and the treatment group and the null hypothesis is rejected.
