PELATIHAN LOMPAT JINGKAT TIGA KANAN DAN KIRI SEJAUH 30 METER 10 REPETISI 3 SET TERHADAP PENINGKATAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI PADA LOMPAT JANGKIT

  • This study uses an experimental randomized pre-test and post-test groups design. The population was taken from students of class VIII of Junior high school number 2 Denpasar in the academic year 2017/2018. A total of 36 samples were obtained by Poccok formula. The number of samples was divided into two groups, each group consisting of 18 people. The training carried out in this study was the training of three-level jump right and left as far as 30 meters 10 repetitions of 3 sets in the treatment group and the training of three-level jumping right and left as far as 30 meters 6 repetitions of 5 sets in the control group. T-paired test results of the control group and the treatment group were significant (p<0.05). The results of the independent t-test found that the two groups before training were not significantly different (p>0.05), whereas after training the two sample groups (treatment and control) showed that there were no significant differences (p>0.05). However, the treatment group had a greater average than the control group. The conclusion is that right and left three-level jump training for 30 meters 10 repetitions 3 sets and right and left three-level jump training for 30 meters 6 repetitions of 5 sets both increase leg muscle explosive power and state alternative hypotheses are accepted. For the post test results of the two groups there were significant differences and alternative hypotheses were accepted. From the results of the mean and the percentage that the right and left three-level jump training as far as 30 meters 10 repetitions 3 sets are better than the three-level jump training right and left as far as 30 meters 6 repetitions 5 sets in increasing leg muscle explosive power.
