- In 1998 the Faculty of Law was founded at Balti ,,A. Russo” State University. In 2014 the legal specialty was accredited by the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. Scientific Library of USARB presented a full information about its contribution to the training of specialists in the field of jurisprudence under ARACIS Sheet visit in accreditation the legal specialty. The library has demonstrated the opportunities created for students and teachers, starting with adequate spaces, high-quality collections, updated over the past 10 years from recognized publishing houses, a sufficient number of subscriptions to periodicals in Romanian, English and Russian languages, access to a variety infrastructure in the legal field.
