Special features of formation, crystal structure, and dielectric properties of Na2xCa1-xNb2O6 solid solutions

  • In the system Na2xCa1-xNb2O6 (0 < x < 1) solid solutions with both fersmite (0 < x < 0.06) and perovskite structure (0.44 <x<l) have been determined. The phase transformations occurring during solid state synthesis of solid solutions have been examined. The variation of the space group of crystal lattice from Pmmn (0.44 < x < 0.80) to Pbcm (0.8<x<1.0) has been found.
