- Synthesis of MW composite materials has been examined in the system MgO—TiO2—SiO2. It has been shown that temperature stable materials with the permittivity of 10 to 20 could be synthesized due to variation in the phase content of the composite. The addition of СаТiO3 has been shown to lower the sintering temperature of a composite by 50 - 100 °С as well m to provide volume temperature compensation of the permittivity.
